About Tammy

As a 2nd generation Realtor, Tammy truly inherited her passion for real estate. Since she can remember, she was out measuring and showing houses with her mom or dad. Tammy has lived in North Carolina her whole life, and although she enjoys traveling, she can’t see herself living anywhere else. After graduating from UNC-Greensboro, Tammy went to real estate school, received her broker’s license, then shortly after received her NC Certification as a real estate appraiser.

For fifteen years this gave her firsthand experience with the local market and what creates home value. Tammy then decided it was time to take her real estate experience and passion for design into new construction where she was in charge of new home designs, construction scheduling, staging and marketing. During this time, she won numerous Parade of Homes awards.

Today, Tammy uses her appraisal, construction and design experience to serve her clients when buying or selling a home.

Tammy is full of personality, an excellent communicator, and has a keen ability to hear people’s needs and wants and assist them in finding the right home. Most of all, her clients trust her and enjoy working with her on their search for a home or preparing their home to sell! Tammy’s desire to serve others plays a key role in her success as a real estate agent.
