     When we decided to build a house, we selected Tammy Beam, Realtor by Design, because of her expertise in building cost, market value and design. Over the years we have visited numerous homes that she designed/decorated that were winners in Parade of Homes. It is a win/win situation for us to have Tammy as our realtor.
